We are featuring two Local artists that have Fun, Sun and Vintage Fashion on their minds.

There will be a Fashion show featuring Lorraine’s Vintage Patterns. The fabric used is vintage 1950’s Hawaiian Shaheen reproduction fabric. Alfred Shaheen was THE Hawaiian fabric designer, famous for his Hawaiian tropical and tiki fabric designs. He was a true artist, celebrating the Hawaiian landscape, and creating the quintessential Hawaiian look we recognize today as vintage Hawaiian. Vintage 1950’s Hawaiian is also famous for it’s highly feminine, curvy, yet easy to wear sarong wrap style dresses which Lorraine creates, with Shaheen fabrics, in her line of 1950’s inspired Hawaiian dresses.
